140. Achieving the Transformation You Desire with Ross Assenheim

Transformations are more often results of choices rather than circumstances! The desire to transform is not in short supply. People want to change their lives, have bigger houses, earn more money, spend more time with their families, and have healthier bodies. Despite these desires, very few actually achieve their goals, because most people look to their circumstances instead of themselves. Ross is a husband, and a father of 2 kids. He works insane hours (in the evening) managing his business, comes home to fulfill his obligations to his family, gets very little sleep, BUT still manages to find time to go to the gym and maintain a fit and healthy body! Before he decided to take control of his life, he was overweight and was suffering from slipped discs. To keep himself awake during the night, he consumes large amounts of sugar and caffeine in energy drinks. Besides that, he also craved heavily for sweets like chocolates. However, his body could only tolerate so much abuse. He started having a hard time moving and he experienced more aches and pains. That's when he decided he needed to take charge in taking back his health. Getting inspiration from different biohackers, he went on a journey to build a fit and healthy body.
