165. Proper Mindset To Power Through Post My Stem Cell Therapy, my upcoming UK and US seminars/appearances

The road to getting a magnificently ripped body is not without its risks! Having the right form, following the proper programs, making preparations, and maintaining discipline (in mind and body) can minimize risks, especially in highly active lifestyles and intense fitness regimes. But there always will be the risk of accidents and injuries... However, those cases shouldn't mean the end of your fitness journey. Just last year, I've incurred multiple muscle tears (meniscus, supraspinatus, triceps) and I opted to undergo Stem Cell Therapy. The healing process can be frustrating and will definitely test your PATIENCE and DISCIPLINE. Having to "lay low" while your friends and peers continue improving their bodies can inflict its own kind of complications in the mind. You will be tempted to set yourself back from your progress.
