PUBLIC VERSION. Director Michael Schultz is an absolute legend in film (THE LAST DRAGON, COOLEY HIGH, CAR WASH, DISORDERLIES, KRUSH GROOVE, SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND, etc) and one of the most prolific directors in television (THE ADVENTURES OF YOUNG INDIANA JONES, L.A. LAW, PICKET FENCES, FELICITY, ALLY MCBEAL, CHARMED, GILMORE GIRLS, BLACK-ISH, NEW GIRL, ARROW, CHUCK, etc). Starting out with a dream of serving in the United States Air Force, Schultz unexpectedly found himself pivoting into the theater where he would cast a (then) unknown actor named Al Pacino in one of his very first plays. Through sheer ambition, tenacity, and raw talent, Schultz would pave his own way into Hollywood.
