They spent the first part of their day at Albert’s Bar after the owner (a subscriber!) reached out claiming his spot was great for a first date. They took in the ambiance during a special project for the pod and ended with lunch to get the full experience so they could assess for themselves. Afterward, they read an “Icky or Picky?” about a trip to Jared’s second home, the Comedy Cellar, but our listener wasn’t laughing. She was out with her boyfriend for a fun date night, and one joke made him laugh so hard, a mix of the ick and embarrassment came over her.
