One Healthy World—in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin—was a huge success when it launched last January with thousands of registrants from 182 countries. It's back next month with all new classes. Our Food for Life program, which just added 68 new instructors in locations including Hong Kong, Tunisia, and South Africa, reached a record 12,000 participants across the globe in 2022. And we continued our outreach in China with a 1,200-mile bike ride and a nutrition conference that reached more than 500,000 people. You'll also hear about our efforts to reach the next generation of physicians with lectures on plant-based nutrition at dozens of medical schools across the country this year.
