In the first 100 days of the new 119th Congress, the Republicans led majority in the both the House and the Senate have only passed a handful of bills to be signed by President Trump. While the Trump Cabinet was confirmed at lightspeed and the framework for a budget bill is approved, most policy changes have been done by executive order.
