Vice Presidential candidates Senator JD Vance and Governor Tim Walz go head-to-head this evening on the debate stage. This is the last scheduled debate before Election Day and will most likely focus on hot topics on voters’ minds like illegal immigration and the state of the economy. But do VP debates really matter? The devastation from Hurricane Helene is being felt throughout the southeast, in places that historically are not impacted by hurricanes.
