The Power of Choices

In this episode Denise and Samantha discuss how the power of the choices can truly change the way we are experiencing our day to day lives. We based this episode on a Ted Talk by Carolyn Myss, where she gives 5 choices we can all make to find more happiness but also improve the quality of our lives and interactions with others.
