In this episode, we are joined by Jason Khalipa. Jason is the visionary founder and CEO of NCFIT gyms and the TRAIN HARD online training platform. A decorated CrossFit Games Champion and three-time Team USA CrossFit competitor, Jason has also made significant contributions outside the gym. Following his daughter's leukemia diagnosis in 2016, he became a passionate advocate for pediatric cancer. Additionally, Jason shares his insights through the Jason Khalipa Podcast, has authored the book "As Many Reps as Possible," and has achieved a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
