First, we'll get a close-up look at the conditions migrant children are facing from CBS News correspondent Mireya Villarreal. She was one of the first reporters allowed inside the detention facility in Donna, Texas, in late March, when the overcrowding was at its peak. Then, we talk with Theresa Cardinal Brown. She's the director of immigration and cross-border policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center.
