Beliefs stop serving you when they begin to impact your behaviour and limit what you believe you can achieve or have in your life. No matter how many self-help books you read or courses you do, you won’t change your behaviour until you change your belief. Most of our beliefs are held unconsciously. They may be holding you back from reaching your goals and feeling truly content and you may not even be conscious that you have them.
