(3/1/23) The stock market's sell signals have been pushing prices down to critical levels of support around the 200-DMA. The Bond market, however, is the opposite scenario of the Stock market: With the Fed terminal rate now anticipated to be above 5.25%, and a 40% chance of a half-point rate hike at this month's FOMC meeting, yields have been pushed higher across the baord. Remember, interest rates are the inverse of Bond prices. Those rates are at a level where they're begining to stall out, meaning the opportunity for buying treasuries may be prime. Technically, a sell signal in the Stock market is a buy signal in the Bond market. We're not quite there yet, so pay attention to these buy and sell signals for the optimum opportunity.
