A spike in interest rates appears to have peaked. Look for lower yields over the next few weeks, as worry over making interest payments fades. We're adding bonds in anticipation of that opportunity. Markets are retesting bottom at 100-DMA, with good support, and looking for a rally back to the 50-DMA. The recent market "correction" has only been a 3.6% decline (as predicted). Now, with the end of the Quarter, rebalancing and window dressing in portfolios will generate activity.
