Monday's market action was not unsurprising; we continue to retrace what occurred in 2022: The analogs between current market drops and the declines in 2022 are very similar. Markets are likely going to retest recent lows, maybe even reset to lower lows; so there is still some downside risk. Markets are as deeply oversold now as in 2022, so any piece of good news markets might receive will produce a reflexive rally, and that's the opportunity you're looking for to reduce risk. This is the pattern we saw in 2022. Volatility has been dropping, and money flow indicators are starting to turn back up. We think it's best to be cautious about becoming overly bearish, as markets are trying to establish support.
