Markets finished last week on a positive note after hitting all-time highs. The question will be whether or not we get a bit of a pullback: Markets are very over bought on a short-term basis, and still on a buy signal. So, for the short-term there does not seem to be a lot of downside risk. We're watching for a correction back towards the 50-DMA (which is sitting near the 20-DMA). The 20-DMA will likely execute a bullish cross over the 50-DMA in the next day or so. A pullback towards support would be very healthy for markets. Markets are not concerned about big headlines rooted in geopolitics. The thing that gets the markets is not the thing that we know about; it's the unexpected event that always snags things. For now, the market is doing fine; let's participate and make some money.
