(7/11/23) Markets remain atop the 20-DMA, seemingly doing nothing wrong at this point, continuing to drift-up that average. We are still on a sell-signal from elevated levels, and the current bullish stampede has been underway from some time, way longer than the typical 15-day cycles. We're due for a correction, and that will provide an opportunity to put capital to work. The differential between a bear market and a correction is how fast you get back to all-time highs. We believe we're on pace to achieve new all-time highs by the end of this year.
