The Importance of Watching Stock/Bond Ratio | Three Minutes on Markets & Money [5/17/21]

S&P did hold 50-DMA on Friday (a bullish signal). NASDAQ, however, is much closer to triggering a Money Flow Buy-signal, struggling with resistance at the 50-DMA. Take note of correlation between Bonds and Stocks--at highest level since market peak in 2000, prior to DotCom bust. Bonds are predicting economic growth is nearing its peak, and sub-2% growth will return by next year, with inflationary pressures subsiding.
