Markets continue pattern of Friday sell-off, setting lower highs and lower lows, creating a declining trendline channel. There are still reasons to be cautious; earnings reporting will lessen this week, as buybacks resume. Market consolidation is healthy, with nothing really negative going on. We are close to triggering a short term MACD sell signal. So long as money flows remain positive, markets should retain their current range of support. This is a time for patience; fight the urge to "do something."
