This week we’re having a chat with one of Scotland’s most prolific strikers in recent times, Derek Riordan as he gives us a rare insight into his early glory days at Hibs as he and a group of the country’s most promising young talent were taking Easter Road by storm. He also discusses his big move to Celtic and the difficulties that he faced while trying to become a regular in the team. Beyond that, Derek talks us through his 2nd spell at Hibs before making a surprise move to China where he tells us about the hilarious cultural differences that he had to get used to when moving over.
