If you've hung out with me for a while, maybe you've even been to a Rise conference with me, or been a part of my coaching inner circle, you know that I love to do guided meditations. I'm a super visual person and imagining the life I want and the mamma, leader, girlfriend etc I want to be in 5 or 10 years helps me focus and get centered on what's important to me, what I want and how I'm going to get there. You guys it is so, so important to be always thinking and focused on what you want for your life, because you are manifesting it whether you know it or now. All that is to say, is that I've been wanting to have a conversation with y'all about my favorite place in the world, Hawaii. I made it a goal to spend 1/2 of my year in Hawaii, and I freaking did it.
