Together Run Monday, but today I am not running, after falling in the trails a week ago, I have had to rest. I thought about doing a Together Walk, but on this day, it just didn't feel right. Taking us through our check in with nature and body scan, followed by some sharing of inner thoughts. Answering how are you, really, with brutal honesty. Together Runs should be back next week, but hopefully this helps you the next time you feel like you are alone.
