And there's no better way to kick off this month’s programming than with a conversation with returning guest Dr. Janelle Frederick, also known as the Vagina Rehab Doctor. Dr. Janelle is a pelvic floor physical therapist who uses social media to produce shame-free, entertaining, and high-quality sex education. In our conversation, we discussed some of the overlooked contributors to sexual pleasure, the ways in which anxiety and depression can impact a person’s ability to have pleasurable sex, and what we wish our parents would have taught us about sex.
