Her husband Ronald McAbee, a Former Sheriff's Deputy, was Arrested for Assaulting a U.S. Capitol Police Officer on January 6th Among Other Charges. On January 6th in Washington DC, at the Capitol building, Ronald McAbee, her husband and a former Williamson Co. Sheriff's deputy, was involved in the incident which many call a riot. He was arrested for assaulting a U.S. Capitol police officer, among other charges. January 6th Story. Following his arrest, he was convicted on all counts and pleaded guilty to an additional charge.
