We go back to one of the turning points in Jim Crockett/NWA/TBS history. When Turner Broadcasting purchased Jim Crockett Promotions, they wanted to tone down the violence. And for reasons still not really known to this day, Dusty Rhodes , the booker for JCP did the exact opposite.
