Today we are going to use just one thing…our imaginations! No movement involved. So it's perfect if you're on a road trip (drivers, you can listen to it once you reach your destination!), getting ready for bed, or…anywhere you want to relax and find your calm! We're going to get relaxed by paying attention to the 3 B's: Brain, Body, Breath. Sit back, get ready to relax with this mini mindfulness relaxation story!
