Although no one has come forward, Jeremy’s family and the police believe someone knows what happened to him, and that his remains could be found in Coos County. They have had at least one very solid person of interest, a man named Terry Lee Steinhoff. Steinhoff babysat Jeremy when he was younger, and witnesses reported that Jeremy was sitting in Steinhoff's truck on the day he disappeared. But many other theories have been floated in this case.
