The Texarkana Phantom killer is an unidentified serial killer who terrorized the Texarkana area back in 1946. In some cases he targeted couples parked at a lover's lane much like the Zodiac would do over 20 years later. The killer wore a burlap sack over his face with slits cut out for the eyes and mouth.
