I talk about the case and then lay out a few things that need to be done in the sport to truly clean it up. Then at 19:20 in, we start the audio from my live podcast with Charlie Engle and Michael Wardian. Both are ultra running badasses who have done epic things in this sport. Charlie is best known for his 4,000 mile run across the Sahara, and Michael for recently running 10 marathons in 10 days in an average time of 2:55.
