But usually, even in the pain, the journey was still worth taking. This is me, finishing 4th in the 2016 Olympic Trials Marathon. Only the top 3 moved on to the Olympics. Was it awful? Yes. But I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Sometimes a broken heart is better than being too afraid to try."
