In this episode, I break down some running current events from the first half of March including Yomif Kejelcha's indoor mile world record, the Tokyo Marathon, the Road to Gold Olympic Marathon Trials test event in Atlanta, and the release of the new IAAF Olympic Standards for Tokyo 2020.
