When Elena Cheung first took a yoga class, she didn't like it. It was harder than she had anticipated and she wasn't flexible. She started to love it when she leaned into the discomfort and realized the benefits of doing something that was both physically and mentally challenging. Fast forward to today, and Elena is a movement specialist and yoga teacher who has worked with a wide range of people to help them incorporate mindful movement into their lives.
