" In these difficult times we're all living through, maintaining our practice, as well as our sense of hopefulness, can often be challenging. In this new talk, Shell explores the quality of aditthana - a Pali word meaning "determination" or "resolve" - and offers us ways to "strive on with diligence" to help us strengthen not only our commitment to our practice, but to ourselves.
