Whether you’re 20 or 53, there’s no better time to start living fully, with focus and intention. One of the biggest lessons I wish I’d learned earlier? Only control what you can. So much of my life I spent trying to control outcomes, people’s opinions, or circumstances. But focusing on what I couldn’t change drained my energy and stole my peace. Imagine the freedom if you could just let go of that need to control every little detail and focus solely on what’s in your hands—your actions, your attitude, your growth. That’s where the power lies. In this episode, I dive into the importance of protecting your energy—what I call your vibrational frequency. The highest energy wins. You will never exceed what you think you deserve, so set that thermostat high and surround yourself with people who challenge you to stay there.
