On August 7th, 1996 18-year-old Jamie Weiss was found dead in a bathtub in her home in Magna, Utah. Jamie didn’t drown. She died from asphyxiation and blunt force trauma. Eleven years later, her former fiancee Billy Justin Charles was arrested and convicted of her murder. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the case of Billy Charles. On appeal, his conviction was overturned, but he took a plea deal instead of going to trial a second time.
