In this episode I offer some easy, accessible practices for connecting with, caring for and clearing your energy body. Your energy body, or subtle body, is the home of your intuition. From this place we can access the astral plane and connect with our higher selves. Our energy bodies are sensitive and need to be cared for! The approaches I’m offering in this episode are just a few, very easy and accessible methods for caring for your energy body. I hope you enjoy.
