It was a sad weekend for Nebraska football fans, as former Husker RB Dahrran Diedrick passed away at age 44

-Diedrick had been battling cancer for awhile, and lost the fight over the weekend. The former Husker had 15 rush TDs in 2001 and just shy of 1,300 yards rushing that season before going to the CFL following the 2002 season -Diedrick is part of Jake’s first ever game he attended at Memorial Stadium, when Nebraska beat Oklahoma, 20-10, in the 2001 season that resulted eventually in a trip to the national championship -Also, update on the College World Series…did LSU finish it off last night or did Florida force a Game 3?
