-247 Sports put out their list of top 25 RBs in the nation, and schools like Central Michigan, Syracuse, UCLA, Air Force, UAB, East Carolina, and others all have RBs who are seen as Top 25 in the country -If schools that are less prestigious like those are getting RBs to be that highly-regarded, what’s Nebraska’s issue?
