The question is this: why is it so hard to find the right guys in management? -Head coaches are the easiest to criticize when it comes to teams failing, but how much of that is actually because of the GM and anyone on that level in identifying talent both in the draft and in free agency? -Also, RIP to Raquel Welch, age 82….Sip and Bill have fond memories -Are championship parades necessary for every sports team?
