Matt Rhule says he won’t panic if Nebraska gets off to slow starts in games and falls behind…do they have enough talent offensively to believe that?

-Rhule mentioned yesterday that Nebraska led the Gophers last year, 10-0, and still lost, 20-13. The fast start didn’t matter at that point. -Rhule said being down 17-0 doesn’t matter to him because how you play going into the 4th quarter and in the 4th quarter matters more to him; we suppose that he means that by hoping that they’ve made it competitive heading to the 4th quarter… -Does Nebraska have the firepower to believe they can come back from behind?
