Roopa was previously at Pfizer as VP, Corporate Strategy and Global Head of Pfizer’s worldwide talent and organizational team for Sales (2007-2012), at BlackRock as HR lead for sales and Citicards as Strategy Director. A Rhodes scholar with an MPhil and an M.B.A. from the University of Oxford, is also a published poet and a world-class athlete in sports riflery. She is currently President of TiE’s NY chapter, a group focused on fostering entrepreneurship, and was previously Board Chair of Sakhi which works to end domestic violence.
