This week is Indy Monumental and I am buzzing. I’ll be the race emcee at the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, and Jeff Cunningham joins me on this episode to get you ready and excited. Jeff coaches Bat City Track Club in Austin, runs Cunningham Running, and hosts the Consistently Good podcast for BPN. He’s bringing a big crew to Indy and knows this course inside and out. We walk through the course from start to finish, dial in race-week mindset and pacing, and talk about how to stay steady when the race gets quiet.
