Welcome back to the Behind the Mic series on I’ll Have Another with Lindsey Hein ! Today’s episode is especially fun because I’m introducing you to a brand-new show that’s officially joined the SandyBoy Productions Podcast Network— Miles with Moms ! This podcast is for moms who run, by moms who run, and it’s all about making sure mother runners never feel alone—on the run or in motherhood. The show is hosted by four amazing women: Whitney Heins , Shanna Burchett , Tricia Denardis , and Olivia Garcia —all incredibly fast, inspiring, and relatable moms who are living the running-mom life right alongside us. Whitney is the founder of The Mother Runners , a VDOT-certified coach, and a 2:54 marathoner who ran both her marathon and 1:20 half PRs in her 40s. Shanna, known as @motherhood_running on Instagram with over 120,000 followers, is a mom of six and ran a 2:44 marathon after returning to the sport in 2022 following an 11-year break. Tricia is a mom of three and a pelvic floor physical therapist who now focuses on ultras. And Olivia, a mom of two and former paramedic, has chopped over an hour off her marathon time—running a 2:57. In this episode, I introduce each host and give you a behind-the-scenes look at how Miles with Moms came to life.
