Steve Magness is a performance coach, a writer, and is the author of several books including Peak Performance, The Passion Paradox, and the Science of Running. He is also the co-founder of The Growth Equation. You’ve heard from his business partner, Brad Stulberg, on this podcast. Steve was the track and field and cross country coach for the University of Houston.
