He works with executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, and athletes in his practice. He is the co-creator of The Growth Equation, an online platform dedicated to defining and attaining a more fulfilling and sustaining kind of success. One of the athletes that Brad has worked with over the years is Shalane Flanagan. Shalane is a 4-time Olympian, an Olympic Silver Medalist, and the 2018 NYC Marathon Champion. She is also an American Record Holder. She is a two time NY Times Bestselling Author for her cookbooks. She wrote Run Fast Eat Slow and soon her and her co-author are releasing their newest book Rise and Run.
