For one, we’re still bouncing back from astronomically high prices due to inflation in 2021 and 2022. Mortgage rates are also at their highest levels in more than 20 years making it really difficult to buy a house. But while all of this uncertainty in the world may feel bad, uncertainty itself isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
