Leif Enger worked as a reporter and producer for Minnesota Public Radio for nearly twenty years before leaving to write fiction full-time. He is the author of Peace Like a River (Grove/Atlantic, 2001), So Brave, Young, and Handsome (Grove/Atlantic, 2008), and Virgil Wander (Grove Press, 2018). He lives in Minnesota with his wife Robin.
