Anyways my question pertains to myself that I've been struggling with for a bit. I'm a 24 year old female who lives a pretty healthy lifestyle but the one things I can't seem to figure out is why my face turns bright red and I get a hot flashes when I speak to people about 60% of the time. It happens at random times and with random convos. Is this something happening internally that could be causing this? Any recommendations?? Matt: Hey Dr. C! I have pretty good oral health. I use a tongue scraper, floss, FYGG toothpaste and I brush 2x a day. I also use their oral breath mints. However, my wife still tells me that my breath smells bad. Obviously, I don't want this. Lol. I don't want to use conventional toothpaste/mouthwash since there's a lot of chemicals in there. Would love to hear your take on this.
