I am a colon hydrotherapist and listen to your podcasts daily and happily share your name and podcast with my clients. 2 questions. My period has become very mucousy, no other symptoms, regular cycle, no discomfort, just all mucous mixed with blood. It has been going on over a year, should I be concerned? ( I'm 31, no kids, has never been on birth control) Second question- I am currently on day 11th of Dr.Cabral detox, absolutely love it, I lost 8 pounds already, my skin has cleared up, feeling energized, just suffering without my chocolate:) I noticed the whites of my eyes are getting yellow, that happened before when I was doing 7-14 day juice fasts or master cleanse, what could that be? In the past the issue would go away once I get off the cleanse. Many blessing! Elijah: Hello, I was wondering if Dr. Cabral is taking in any more clients? I'm 19 years old and started debilitating social anxiety when I was in my junior year of high school, along with newly manifested tremors (mostly head area, that seem to get worse the more I am experiencing heightened emotions, especially anxiety.) I was just wondering if Dr. Cabral could help me in any way? I ended up dropping out of school my junior year and finishing online. I have also yet to get a job or go to school to pursue my naturopathic degree (kind of my dream lol) because I just cant seem to function. My life seems to be on hold for the past 3-4 years now, trying to find answers. My MD has been NO help, he just prescribed Xanax which I hate taking, due to feeling like an emotionless zombie. His labs which showed that my "stress hormone" (whatever that means) was within normal range just ended up making him and my parents assume it's all in my head. I need help finding answers, I'm tired of doing it all alone. Please let me know if and when he is accepting new clients. Cath: Hi there and thank you for everything. I'll aim to keep this short. I love the rain barrel effect and everything you teach. I've done all your lab tests and protocols, and my nutrition and lifestyle are dialled in. However even prior to readying the book, I was already doing all that stuff. After I over taxed my body in the past, I know the reasons I got Ill with fatigue/digestion/amenhorrea etc. I researched the PNS and Ayurveda and trained in health coaching and have been implementing all I've learned for four years. So I do the nutrition and supplements alongside the lifestyle and mindset. I sleep well and early, and I just don't give up the hope of getting better. I journal, meditate, cultivate love and friendships, pursue purpose in life and I also rest - more than I wish I had to with three children age 7 9 and 12 who I would love to enjoy more. But despite all of this I just haven't been able to heal in four years and still crash, even though I'm careful with exercise , mostly walking and yoga (I'm Vata) with a couple of gentle strength sessions from your starter program. I know the reasons I got ill, and I'm doing everything I can to fix them. What am I missing? I'm careful with the language I use with myself around this as am aware of the power of the subconscious but I really just be missing a trick. Aside from recavitating all my teeth which I can't afford I can't think of what else to do. I'm about a year into your protocols/detoxes/CBO etc after my big huge results and just don't know where to go from here. I'm already working with your coaches having worked with many other coaches in the past. Sorry- this ended up being long! Brooke: I have had psoriatic arthritis for 2 years I'm 68 years old. I take remicade infusions every 8 weeks and methotrexate, 3 pills every 2 weeks. This is all working great but I'd love to go off all this if possible. I don't eat any grains, milk products, or sugar. I take turmeric with black pepper daily and eat mainly organic. Any suggestions??? Sue: Hi dr Cabral! My dad is 71 yo and he just got diagnosed with high blood pressure and irregular heart rhythm. His doctor prescribed some heavy medications to prevent blood clotting/stroke and basically said there was nothing else he could do about it because it's hereditary, plus he was getting older. But I don't buy it! I know you always say there's always an underlying cause of all diseases, which should be treated rather than only dealing with the symptoms. So what would you advise to do about this? And do you have any suggestions what I could do to prevent this happening to me in the future?
