Check out today's questions: Anonymous: Hi, I'm wondering about what to be careful with when purchasing contact lenses. I read in The Rain Barrel Effect that the solution for contacts contains some heavy metals, is that already the solution they come in? I buy the daily ones because they're the softest & my eyes are already so damaged from them, that I can hardly stand them (so I only wear them on very special occasions, maybe once a month). Could you also explain why that happens? Do you have any brand recommendations for daily contacts? What about eye sight surgery? Is that something you would recommend? I know quite a few people who had it done and are very happy with the results, but it still seems quite scary to me, although I know this technology has evolved significantly in the past 20 years. I have high oxalate according to big 5 and reduced kidney function according to gp, how long does it take for a low oxalate diet to clinically lower oxalic acid in your experience? Seems it doesn't really matter what time I get to sleep (easier said than done with young kids) REM seems at its best 5:30-7:30am. Issue is I get up at 5:15am. I just started week 3 and I started getting hives on my legs. One ingredient is bromelain in the Candida supplement. Bromelain is a "red" on my IGg food sensitivity test.
