I'm on a strict carnivore diet for psoriasis that I've been on for 2 months now. I just quit using betamethasone after using it for many months. I've only cheated on my diet one weekend each month with dairy free sugar free ice cream. Why am I not seeing improvement yet? Is it TSW or maybe the little cheats I did are slowing progress? I eat low carb diet, take nutritional support daily, workout at least 4-5 times a week, do intermittent fasting 16-8. However, this so the second time I get very sharp pain in my chest exactly in the middle of my chest. It lasts for weeks. The first time I had this I got scared that I might have a heart attack. I went to the doctor, did all the tests but they didn't find anything (fortunately). Seems like I was healthy. Now several years later I have the same thing. I was searching up the internet, and I found the name costochondritis which seems to match all the symptoms I have. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again.
